Sauteed Grated Parmasian Cheese

Part of the joy and pleasure of eating food is the eye appeal,
if the food looks good it tastes even better.
This is one of those chef tricks you just have to try,
freshly grated Parmasian cheese directly in a saute pan melts
and crisps up into a gooey mass of cheese.

Ingredients:
Freshly grated Parmasan cheese

Directions:
In a medium heated saute pan spread some freshly grated parmasan cheese into a circle, cook for a few minutes until the cheese melts into itself.
Flip it over for a few seconds to finish the other side
and after taking it out of the pan place it on a glass
so that it can fold or bend down creating a cup.
Use these cheese cups as an eatable salad bowl, macaroni and cheese bowl
or simply to serve some nuts or pretzels.
