This recipe brings garlic potatoes
to another level of garlic flavor.
Ingredients:
Red Potatoes
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add scrubbed (skin still on)
potatoes and smashed (peel removed and crushed)
garlic into boiling water.
Cook until done.Drain potatoes.
Add milk, butter,salt and pepper
to taste to same pot.
Mash all ingredients with a potato masher,
leaving the mixture chunky.
Serve warm.
