Stained Glass Cookies

These cookies are not baked there frozen overnight.
The kids will go nuts over these for they are colorful.

Ingredients:
1 pound package small colored marshmallows
1 pound sweet dark chocolate, melted
1/4 pound butter, melted
1 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a glass bowl
in microwave stirring often until smooth.
Cool slightly.
In a large bowl combine the chocolate and marshmallows,
Lay a piece of aluminum foil on counter.
Spread shredded coconut on foil.
Place some of the chocolate marshmallow mixture on coconut.
Roll up foil in the shape of a log.
repeat until all chocolate mixture is used.
Place in freezer overnight.
Remove log from freezer and from foil,
cut into slices to serve.

This will stay at room temperature without melting
and also can be kept frozen for two months.
