Breakfast Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice, heated
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 T. honey or brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 medium apple, chopped
3 T. raisins

Directions:
Combine rice, yogurt, honey or brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir in chopped apple and raisins and reheat in saucepan.
If using a microwave only reheat for a few seconds,
cover the bowl and sprinkle some water on rice
so it does not dry up too much and end up being tough.
