Raita

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup cucumber, finely chopped
2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/8 tsp. curry powder
dash cayenne

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and serve chilled.
Can be used as a dip or as a sauce for crisp, raw vegetables.
