Bubat Stuffing

Last week I saw a book of Traditional
German Recipes at family reunion.
Flipping through the pages I came
accross one called Bubat stuffing.

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup raisins
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and add raisins.
Add beaten eggs,
milk and melted butter. Mix.
Bake in pan @350 for 30 minutes.
You can also put in turkey cavity
lined with double cheesecloth. Slice,
cover with gravy and serve with turkey.
