Chinese Golden Chicken

Golden Chicken can be served hot or cold.
Freeze left over chicken up to 3-4 days.
Frozen Chicken can be reheated for quick meals in microwave or oven.

Ingredients:
Deep Frier
Mixing Bowl
Plastic Bag or Brown paper Bag
Cranola Oil for deep Fryer enough to cover Chicken pieces
3-4 Large Eggs (whole or use egg whites only)
3 whole chickens (cut up & washed)

Dry ingredients:
3 cups of Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1 Tablespoon of Sage Seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Onion power
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Power
1 Tablespoon of Spice Rack Pizza Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon of Iodized Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Directions:
Pour Oil in Deep Fryer and Heat to Temp
(per your deep fryer instructions for Chicken)
Roll washed/towel dried Chicken in beaten egg mixture.
Place all dry ingredients in paper/plastic bag
(large enough to hold several pieces of chicken) shake until well mixed. Add Chicken to Bag and shake until Chicken is well covered w/flour mixture. Place chicken in deep fryer, cook until Golden brown and done. Drain on paper towel before serving.
