Most Requested Restaurant Style Meatballs

Ingredients:
2 pounds meatloaf mix
2 large eggs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
5 slices white sandwich bread
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of plain bread crumbs
olive oil

Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine meatloaf mix,
eggs, parmesan, pepper and salt.
Soak bread slices in water and add to meat mixture,
crumbling until all slices are used.
Fold into mixture. Roll meat mixture into
golf ball sized meatballs.
Heat some olive oil in pan about 1/2 inch of oil.
When oil is hot fry meatballs in oil
turning until browned and cooked throughout.
Serve as desired with spaghetti sauce
or as is and enjoy! A true crowd pleaser.
