Classic Cashew Cheese Dip

I think this is a great recipe because it's so versatile.
You can make it in a loaf pan with agar agar
so you can slice it for sandwiches.
It's also great as a Cheese Sauce or Cheese Dip.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup water
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup raw cashews
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread cashew nuts out on a baking sheet and bake
for 10 minutes and then cool completely before using them.
Place in a food processor the yeast flakes, onion powder
water, pimientosm garlic powder, cashews and salt.
and puree until nuts are liquefied.
Slowly drizzle in oils to thicken and then
add lemon juice after oils are incorporated.
Immediately pour into loaf pan lined with plastic
wrap and fold plastic wrap ends and sides over top.
Refrigerate until set and use as needed.
If you add agar agar to this recipe it will set up
enough so that it can be cut like sliced cheese.
