Easy Fresh Corn Salsa

I make this salsa and top grilled salmon, chicken or pork.
Also wrap salsa in a flour tortilla with strips of meat.
Use alone as a side dish or salad.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn, lightly cooked
1 small green or red bell pepper,seeded and diced
1 scallion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to blend.
