Ingredients:
1- (10-oz) bottle sweet and sour sauce
1- (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits in juice
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup sliced celery or water chestnuts
8 oz medium cooked shrimp
3 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions:
1.) In a large saucepan combine sweet and sour sauce,
undrained pineapple, green pepper and celery or water chestnuts.
Heat to boiling.
2.) Stir in shrimp and cook until heated through.
3.) Serve over rice.
