Famous Hot Lobster Roll

Ingredients:
1 2-3 lb. fresh steamed lobster,
6 Tbsp. butter, melted, divided
2 fresh round seeded rolls

Instructions:
Remove meat from lobster and cut into bite-sized pieces; set aside.
Using 2 tablespoons melted butter, lightly butter inside of rolls
and place face down in a small frying pan.
Heat until the inside of the rolls are lightly toasted
and the outside is warm and soft; set aside.
Heat lobster meat until just hot
(overcooking will cause meat to be dry).
Divide lobster meat in half and place on bottom half of the rolls.
Pour remaining melted butter over meat on each roll.
Replace the top half of the roll and enjoy!
