The Easy Grilled Catfish Fillets with

Delicious, simple, and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
4 genuine U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets (6 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Fresh salsa
Directions:
1.Sprinkle farm-raised catfish fillets with garlic salt and pepper.
2.Place in well-oiled grill basket or on well-oiled grill rack.
3.Grill uncovered directly over medium-hot coals about 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
4.Garnish with fresh salsa.
Fresh Salsa Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 medium jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Salsa Directions:
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion,
jalapeno peppers, vinegar and salt. Stir well.
Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Makes about 3 cups.
