Home Made Garlic Peeled Potatoes

This recipe is just genius I'f I do say myself.
You Fry thinly sliced potaoes in garlic flavored oil.
There crispy brown with a taste of roasted garlic.
The chips are great with a sour cream dip or
dipped into a cool roasted red pepper hummas.

Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes,peeled
oil for frying
2 garlic cloves,peeled and crushed
salt to taste

Directions:
After you peel potatoes, continue making thin
slices of potato using the potato peeler.
Heat oil in frypan or deep fryer,
add garlic cloves and when oil is 350 degrees F.
Add potatoes and stir to prevent sticking.
Fry just until they are lightly browned,
remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Immediatly sprinkle on slt if desired.
