I had this Honey Spiced Shrimp dish in a very high class
Chinese restaurant in my area the same night that the
Govenor of our great state was dining there.
What can I say about this recipe except that it's really good!

1-1/2 pounds fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
1 clove garlic minced
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can condensed chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions cut into 1 inch lengths and shredded
1 teaspoon cilantro
Directions:
Drain shrimp on paper towels.
Pour peanut oil around top of a preheated wok
coating sides then heat at high 1 minute.
Add shrimp and garlic and stir fry 8 minutes.
Combine broth and next 7 ingredients stirring until smooth.
Add to shrimp mixture stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
Stir in sesame oil, green onions, ginger and cilantro.
Cook until heated through.
Serve immediately with rice.
