Microwave Baked Russian Halibut

Use fresh or thawed frozen fish.
Using the microwave makes this
a fast and easy lunchen dish.
It is possible to prepare this
a few hours ahead of time,
refrigerated until ready to cook.

Ingredients:
4 individual servings halibut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 medium-size onion
6 thin slices unpeeled lemon
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons chili sauce

Directions:
1.Arrange fish servings into a round 8-inch dish.
2.Mix together salt, sugar and paprika sprinkle all over fish.
3.Peel and thinkly slice onion arrange over fish.
4.Top with lemon slices reserve.
5.Microwave butter and chili sauce on high for 40 seconds.
6.Pour all over fish.
7.Cover dish with waxed paper.
8.Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
9.Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
