Garlic MoJo Potatoes

This is hands down the best
baked french fry recipe out there,
and it's not too unhealthy.

Ingredients:
3 Potatoes
1/2 crushed chicken bouillon cube
3/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
pinch of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Cut potatoes using potato press.
Place potatoes on plate and
microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Salt and allow to sit for 5 minutes
In a bowl mix cayenne, paprika, pepper,
thyme, garlic, bouillon and oil.
Add fries, and mix with tongs.
Place on baking sheet.
Very Lightly sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees F. for 8 minutes.
Turn over and sprinkle with bread crumbs
and bake for an additional 8 minutes.
