Pacific Roast Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 pound jumbo shrimp (15-18 count) peeled and deveined

Directions:
Combine hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger root,
soy sauce, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Add Shrimp; toss to coat.
Transfer to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
Roast in a 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes
or till shrimp are opaque. Serve warm or chilled.
Makes 4 servings.
