Passover Rolls

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups matzoh meal
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine matzoh meal with salt and sugar.
In a separate pot, bring oil and water to a boil.
Add matzoh meal mixture to oil/water mixture.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Shape into balls and place on well greased cookie sheet.
Bake 50 minutes until golden brown.
