Seasonings for Collard Greens and Kale

Condiment Ideas for Southern Greens
What condiments are served with Southern greens?
Hot sauce and peppered vinegar are probably the favorites.
In addition, every family seems to have their favorites.
Here are some suggestions.

Ingredients:
2 14.5 oz. cans Collard, Turnip or Mixed Greens

Southern Condiments for Greens
1/2 cup Onion, sweet white or Vidalia, diced 1/8"
OR
1/2 cup Fresh tomatoes, diced 1/2"
OR
1/2 cup Mustard and pickle chow chow
OR
1/2 cup Green tomato chow chow

Directions:
Place greens into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Serve your choice of greens with one or more of the condiments.
