Sweet Smoked Paprika and Brown Sugar Glazed London Broil Steak

This is one of my Signiture dishes from years ago.
London broil cooked right is just fine on its own.
Add my smoked paprika and brown sugar glaze and
it's kicked up to another level of tastes all it's own!

Ingredients:
1 london broil steak, 2 inches thick
4 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Have steak at room temperature.
Preheat broiler oven.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine paprika and brown sugar.
Spread the mustard on one side of steak.
Sprinkle with paprika and brown sugar.
Turn steak over and do the other side.
Place steak on a broiling pan and dot with butter.
Broil four inches from heat, four minutes on each side.
