Tempora Beer Batter

This is a very good batter to fry anything in.
I think even old rubber tires would taste good.
I used this to deep fry fresh asperagus and they
came out great!

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup beer

Directions:
Use equal parts of each.
Mix batter well, to a consistency of pancake mix.
Let set covered for 3 hours.
It's important to let set for flavors to blend.
This can be used to fry anything:
fish, chicken, scallops, onion rings,
carrots, peppers, mushrooms.
Deep fat fry at 360 degrees F. until golden.
