Tomato Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
56 oz. canned tomatoes, preferably whole
1/4 cup firmly packed basil leaves

Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil until soft.
Strain tomatoes through a sieve to remove liquid, reserve liquid.
Add tomatoes and basil to garlic, cook for 10 minutes.
If too thick, add a bit of tomato liquid.
