This is a simple yet tasty recipe for fish cakes.
Serve with sliced tomatoes or other low calorie salad.
Ingredients:
17 1/2 ounce can flaked tuna
3 eggs, slightly beaten
dash of pepper
dash of onion powder
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1 tablespoon minced celery or small amount of celery seed
enough crushed crackers to help hold mixture together
Directions:
Spray pan with nonstick spray.
Heat pan to medium.
Pour mixture into pan and fry
until nicely browned on one side.
Turn cake and brown other side.
Slice into 3 or 4 wedges.
