I use this recipe to make a brown sauce
to use when making chicken and scallions.
It's a simple recipe but a real good one.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup white wine
In a bowl combine all ingredients
and place in a saucepan then cook
on medium heat until slightly thickened.
