This recipe combines the tastes
of two great sandwiches in one.
Egg salad and ham and cheese.
Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small red onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped stuffed olives
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 hamburger or soft buns
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the ham, cheese, red onions, olives and eggs.
Stir in chili sauce and mayonnaise.
Place about 1/3 cupful in each bun; wrap individually in foil.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until heated through.
