Bisquick Cheese Cake Bars

These cheesecake bars are delicious and very easy.
They are the perfect size to make so you can get
your cheesecake fix in without feeling
you have to eat a whole cheesecake.
Refrigerate the bars after cooling.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1/4 cup butter
1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sugar granulated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 each egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 8" square glass baking dish.
Mix brown sugar and butter till well blended.
Stir in Bisquick and walnuts untill
mixture is crumbly; reserve 1 cup.
Press remaining mixture in pan with fingers.
Bake 12 minutes.
In a bowl mix cream cheese and granulated sugar;
beat in remaining ingredients till smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture over layer in dish,
sprinkle with crumbly mixture.
Bake untill center is firm, about 25 minutes.
