Canned Beans and Corn
Easy Mexican Taco Soup

I cheat and use canned beans and tomatoes.
For hotter taco soup use cayenne pepper.
This is a very easy and quick recipe,
with tons of flavor, this is a good one.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, 85/15
1 small onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can red beans, drained
Lime flavored tortilla chips
Real grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream (optional)
Green or red onion, chopped (optional)

Directions:
In a skillet, over medium heat, cook the ground beef
and onion until the beef is browned.
Add the taco seasoning, crushed tomatoes,
tomato sauce,tomatoes, beans, and corn.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese,
sour cream and chopped green onions.
