Chocolate Pudding and
Cheese Twinkie Tirimisu

This is a recipe for a really good tirimisu
made with those kids favorites Twinkies cakes.

Ingredients:
1 package Hostess Twinkies (10 Twinkies)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup coffee, brewed and cold
8 ounces frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
chocolate shaving for garnish
Cocoa powder for dusting

Directions:

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with
enough plastic wrap so you can fold
it right over the top of dish to seal.
Slice Twinkies in half lengthwise
and place cream-side up,
in single layer in baking dish.
Pour some coffee over yellow Twinkie cake.
Using a mixer, blend together cream cheese,
confectioner sugar and half of whipped topping.
Spread evenly over Twinkies.
Combine chocolate pudding mix and milk.
Blend well and layer over cream cheese mixture.
Carefully spread remaining whipped topping over top.
Lightly sprinkle shaved chocolate and cocoa powder.
Refrigerate several hours or until set.
