Here's a fresh watermelon strawberry pie recipe
that's great to serve on hot humid summer days.
Ingredients:
1 12 oz container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 3 oz pkg watermelon-flavoured gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 cups fresh watermelon balls
12 fresh strawberries, halved
9-inch crumb pie shell
Directions:
In large bowl, fold whipped topping,
gelatin and water together.
Fold in watermelon balls.
Spoon into crumb pie shell.
Arrange strawberry halves around top of pie,
pushing into whipped topping a little bit.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
