Classic Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup light cream
1 1/2 Tsp. onion juice
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 package of brown gravy mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Soak break crumbs in worcestershire sauce, egg,
garlic juice and onion juice, and cream
and let stand in refrigerator a couple of hours.
Brown in hot oil in frying pan.
Remove from skillet.
Mix gravy mix and pout in large baking pan.
Add meatballs.
Cover and cook slowly 30 minutes in a 350 degrees F. oven.
Makes about 50 meatballs
