This is a good sauce to serve over rice.
Ingredients.
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1-2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces Sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions:
In pan heat butter and flour, stir until a roux forms.
add milk and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until warmed through.
Add mushrooms and heat, serve.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
