Creamy Sweet Potato Casserole

This is the best ever sweet potato casserole recipe,
it's creamy goodness makes this one great comfort food.
You'll be serving this at special Holiday meals.

Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes , boiled with skin on
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk

Topping:
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/3 cup pure butter

Directions:
Peel boiled sweet potatoes
and mix with other ingredients
in a large mixer for about
1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
Pour into a medium glass baking dish.
Mix all topping ingredients with a fork.
Crumble on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for around 25 minutes.
