You will get the WOW! factor with this
delicious creamy potato recipe I made.
These are the best, to die for potatoes.
It's got the added flavors of sour cream
and softened cream cheese in it.
This is a good one!
Ingredients:
10-12 Yukon Gold potatoes
2 packages of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook potatoes like you would for mashed potatoes.
Once soft drain water then mash with a hand mixer
until potatoes are in small chunks.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream,
butter, salt, onion powder and pepper.
Mix with an electric mixer until very smooth.
Transfer potatoes into a oven safe casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
