This could very well be the next
county fair deep fried snack craze.
Ingredients:
Chocolate chip cookie dough
Bisquick mix made deep fry batter
Canola oil for frying
Directions:
In bowl make deep fry batter as per box directions.
Heat oil in deep fryer to 360 degrees F.
Dip cookie in batter, let drip then add to oil.
Fry until golden brown, remove to paper towels to drain.
