Easy Italian Bread Bruschetta

A great addition to any party menu,
these garlic rubbed toasts boast marinara sauce
and any combination of toppings that appeal,
such as fresh mozzarella, fresh basil,
portobello mushrooms, prosciutto, and roasted red peppers.

Ingredients:
2 loafs Italian bread, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 jar Tomato & Basil Sauce

Directions:
Broil bread slices until golden in preheated oven;
rub with garlic, then brush with olive oil.
Evenly spoon unheated sauce over bread,
then top with your favorite bruschetta toppings.
