Fresh Pineapple Boat Salad

An artistic and creative way to present your pineapple
and other summer fruits is to use the pineapple as a bowl.
One pineapple will make 2 bowls halves.

Ingredients:
2 fresh pineapples
3 apples
2 bananas
3 lg. oranges
1 lg. bunch seedless grapes
2 pears
1 pkg. frozen melon balls
1/2 pt. blueberries

Directions:
Cut pineapples in half from top to bottom.
Scoop out pulp and cut into chunks.
Core apples and cut into chunks; do not peel apples.
Peel bananas and slice. Peel oranges and section.
Clean grapes and separate. Core pears and slice.
Defrost melon balls. Combine fruits in bowl.
Drain melon balls; add to mixture.
Lay pineapples on side; fill with fruit mixture.
Serve on large platter
