This is a very tropical tasting steak marinade
that can be used for chicken as well.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice from 16 oz can sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoon celery salt
1/2 cup Red wine
4 eye round steaks
4 teaspoons Butter
Directions for marinade:
Mix ingredients all together in a large bowl.
Place the steaks in 1 gal zip lock plastic bag flat.
Pour marinade in the bag
and seal and refrigerate for two days.
Turn 5 or 6 time during the marinating.
Directions:
When starting the grill take the steaks
out of refrigerator and let rest.
Cook steaks as you normally
would for proper doneness,
about 8 minutes each side.
Turn only once.
Once turned place 1 tsp of
butter on top of each steak.
