Bisquick Mix Garlic
Cheese Butter Rolls

This could quite possibly be one of my most
sought after homemade cheese biscuit recipes.
Surprise your family at the next gathering
with these scrumptious appetizers that
are sure to put a smile on everyone's face.

Ingredients:
16 ounces cheddar cheese finely shredded
6 cups water
5 pounds biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1 cup garlic butter soft or melted
(soft or melted butter with lots of
finely diced or crushed garlic mixed in).

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together cheese, water and Bisquick in a large bowl.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined cookie.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden.
Right after you remove the rolls from the oven,
spread or brush very generously with garlic butter.
Serve rolls warm.
