Horseradish Cream Cheese
Chipped Dried Beef Balls

These beef and cheese balls are a great appetizer.
With just enough spice from the horseradish.
I color some of the cream cheese balls red
and some green with food coloring for Christmas.

Ingredients:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish horseradish
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 oz. pkg. chipped dried beef, finely chopped

Directions:
In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream
and horseradish until smooth and creamy.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup dried beef.
Refrigerate cheese mixture about 15 minutes for easier handling.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball, roll in remaining dried beef.
Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until serving time.
Serve with assorted crackers.
