Italian Crab and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
8 oz. cooked crab meat
8 oz. small cooked shrimp
1/4c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1 tbsp. sundried tomatoes, packed in oil, sliced
1 clove fresh garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil or 1 tsp. fresh leaves, chiffonade
ground black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. fresh chooped onion
1 Tbsp. capers
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
1 c. chopped salad greens
1 c. chopped Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup sliced red pepper
1 cup fresh tomatoes cut into wedges

Directions:
In medium bowl, blend mayo, lemon juice,
sun dried tomatoes, garlic, basil and pepper.
Add crab meat and chill.
In medium mixing bowl, mix onion, olives,
caper, greens, lettuce, pepper and tomatoes together.
Serve salad mix in a bowl and top with crab salad.
