I made up this simple dessert to use
on top of French toast, it's very good!
The banana gets nicely warmed in a
maple and brown sugar glaze.
It could be used atop pancake,
waffles or even scrambled eggs.
Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled and sliced in 1" pieces
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons real maple syrup
Directions:
Place cut up banana in a glass bowl.
Top with brown sugar and then maple syrup.
Microwave on high setting for 1 minute.
Remove from oven and serve.
