I was trying to come up with a quick yet really
good and moist recipe for blueberry muffins.
This is the easy recipe that I ended up with.
It uses sour cream in place of the milk.
Ingredients:
1/8 cup white sugar
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
Mix sugar and soft shortening together.
Mix in egg then flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in sour cream and blueberries.
Pour almost to the top of muffin cups.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
remove to cool.
