You might think you know how to hard boil eggs,
and I'm glad you think that you think you do.
Here is my recipe and I feel is the only correct
way to make perfectly hard cooked or boiled eggs.
Place a dozen large eggs in a saucepan.
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Cover, remove from the heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain water from the pot with the eggs, cover with cold water
and let sit for another 5 minutes and drain again.
Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
