Pineapple-Mint Infused Water

Summer gets hot and here's a way to make drinking better.
Use this recipe for pineapple-mint-infused water
for an easy way to sweeten up your glass of water.

Ingredients:
Makes 8 cups
1/4 pineapple, peeled and cut into triangles
8 to 10 mint leaves

Directions:
Place 8 cups water in a pitcher or large bowl.
Add pineapple and mint leaves.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before using.
Keep refrigerated up to 2 days. Strain before serving.
