Pistachio Nut Soup Stock

I love eating really fresh roasted pistashio nuts,
not the red colored ones, I like them naked.
After eating a bunch of nuts I had a bunch of shells.
Hmmm, I use shrimp shells for stock why not pistachios?
Here's a recipe for pistachio nut stock.
What you end up doing with it is your idea!
By the way, shrimp really taste good swimming in it.

Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup pistachio nut shells
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 fresh tomato, chopped

Directions:
Put broth in a stock pot,
add nut shells, celery,garlic and tomato.
Simmer for 2 hours
Remove from pot and strain.
Use broth as you wish.
