Use this smokey mayonnaise everywhere
plain old regular mayonnaise is used.
It goes great with fish and seafood.
Try this tuna fish salad using it.
Ingredients:
1 can tuna fish in oil, drained
1 cup Store bought mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Cayanne pepper to taste
Slices of bread, toasted
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the tuna,
the mayonnaise, celery and the liquid smoke.
Season to taste with peppers.
Spread on toasted bread and serve.
