Steamed Seafood Eggs

Steamed egg is a Chinese (Cantonese) traditional home-style dish.
You can find it almost in every Chinese (Cantonese) restaurant.

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup of water
1 tbs soy sauce
1 cup of clams
1 cup of shrimp, peeled
pinch of ground pepper
pinch of salt

Directions:
Beat egg with salt and pepper until fluffy
add soy sauce and water mix well.
Put seafood in a container or a bowl
Pour the egg mixture in the bowl
When your steamer is boiling,hot steam your egg mixture.
for 15 or 20 minutes
