Stewed Tomato London Broil

This makes the best London broil I've ever had.
Very easy, very tasty, very tender London broil.
A great meal with hardly any effort at all.

Ingredients:
1 (2 pound) top round London broil
1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the roast in a roasting pan,
pour stewed tomatoes over it,
sprinkle with soy sauce and
season with garlic powder and salt.
Roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until fork tender.
Let stand for about 10 minutes
at room temperature before carving and serving.
