Apple Horseradish Sauce

This is a great tasting condiment to serve
along side a pork roast or beef roast.

Ingredients:
3 tart apples, peeled and cored, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh ground horseradish

Directions:
Place apples and lemon juice in a pot,
cover and cook down until mushy.
Add horseradish, mix to combine.
Serve warm or refrigerated.
